Hidden's main selling point is being able to provide some minor healing without depending on hammer upgrades at the cost of %max health. Achilles > Hades, but the latter is solid too (its debuff doesn't affect its spin, otherwise it would be the dominating spear aspect). Personal favs are Hera + Dio cast (alternatively Aphrodite or Ares) and Hidden with Twin Shot plus nearly anything as long as it has +%damage on attack. Of which all three are cool on their own. Zagreus/Nemesis > Hidden/Poseidonīow: A Zagreus crit build can work but is usually outperformed by every other aspect. ![]() ![]() Its aura effect also blocks traps which is not stated on its tooltip which can be nice. Hidden is probably the most versatile of the four (as in you can build around its slow/heavy attack or if you fail at timing them just spam Special with Double Nova. Poseidon can be awesome if you want an alternative style around Specials and Casts, but requires Artemis' Exit Wounds to shine. Nemesis plus Artemis attack (+ crit boons) for the critmania. You'll also need Zagreus on level 5 for something else (later). Just spam attack, bring the thunder, throw in a couple of dashs when necessary - only works on lower heat levels though. Sword: Zagreus can be stupidly fun with Zeus attack and additional lightning boons. Afterwards I'd recommend to save your blood until you reach a "i want to check out something else"-point and unlock+max the respective aspect in one go.Īs for subjective insight - in consideration that unlocking hidden aspects require at least five blood in other aspects (also: cursive means "if I could go back in time I'd advise my younger self to level those first"): As you already pointed out, preference is the key: Prioritize aspects that fit to builds you're confortable with and push those to as high as possible - at least level 3 (6/7 blood) or 4 (10/11 blood) per aspect. Most aspects require investment because they don't really shine on lower levels and spreading your blood across multiple aspects ("unlocking") doesn't really help with progression. Should I unlock all weapon aspects and pick a few to max with titan blood?ĭepends on how much blood is at your disposal. Rib.I actually haven't used him once, sorry. Shady can be nice if you need a bit of extra gold on your run. Antos is only useful if you fail to align Battie properly. As for preferences: Battie is probably the most useful one in terms of damage. Also used for unlocking and leveling Companions, which is probably more interesting since it helps you progressing. For progression though: I'd say go for Meg and Sisyphus first.Īmbrosia: Used for affinity after the respective character has reached his/her "Nectar limit". ![]() There isn't really an "optimal way" to spend them as you won't miss out on anything related to affinity/relationship anyway. Nectar: After unlocking every keepsake, distribute them to your liking.
